I teach out of, Align.Move.Breathe. A small, fully-equipped, client-centered Pilates & Yoga Studio located in the heart of the Golden Triangle Neighborhood near the Denver Art Museum.

I am offering in person privates, duets, and trios in the studio Wednesdays and Fridays.

I will also offer virtual privates and classes via Zoom.

I am scheduling appointments via text or email.

Payments will be taken with Venmo, check, and cash.

There is free two hour parking as well as metered parking within blocks of the building.

I have included info regarding location and policies of the studio that Laura has provided.
